Freeway Rails
AvailableFreeway Rails is checkout resilience for high-scrutiny merchants: rail cards at checkout, custom order statuses, merchant verification, optional fallback/reselect, and an append-only hash-chained evidence ledger.
An agency can sell “checkout continuity with receipts” instead of a pile of notes in the order comments.

Why it matters
When a rail fails, most stacks lose the order and the story. Freeway keeps both — continuity plus a reconstruction trail.
What it does
Customer selects a rail; orchestrator records attempts; merchant verifies; evidence is appended; emails fire for instructions and action-needed states.
Operational advantage
Recovered orders plus processor-readiness documentation. Rebuilding a hash-chained ledger and status machine is not a weekend plugin.
Build vs buy
Rail registry, manual adapter, ledger table, admin verify panel, and email hooks are already specified and implemented at v1.
Interface advantage
Rail cards, next-step cards on thank-you, and a wide admin evidence panel — the doctrine is visible in the UI.
